We are experienced in producing specialist moulded products in low and high volume using different processes such as lens, 2K, over-moulding, and MuCell gas injection.

Our tooling manufacture capabilities range from 50kg to 35T.

Moulding efficiencies are crucial regardless of production volumes, so our goal is to optimize them whenever possible.

We have access to a network of presses ranging from 50T to 3200T, ensuring we can meet your timing requirements.

Additionally, we offer flexible assembly options where components can be delivered at various stages of the assembly process.

We provide press-side and standalone bespoke assembly options along with ancillary components and processes like painting, chroming, and proprietary components.

Modifications and rectifications  

In the manufacturing process, changes often occur.

Fortunatley we have the skill set and flexibility to handle these types of requests and accomodate modifications and rectifications efficiently.

Depending on your timing and budget requirements, we can distribute the workload across our available capacity to provide the best solutions for your change requirements.

Moreover, our onsite support includes mobile engineers who are available round-the-clock for emergency repair works or breakdowns.
